Which contacts can mailfino import?
All People accessible to the API key or a supported saved People View are available as sources. Simple Boolean “is” filters and text “contains” filters are documented for Views; more complex filter combinations cannot be evaluated as import filters.
How are contacts matched when importing again?
mailfino stores the Twenty People ID as a remote key. The same person is recognized and updated on repeat imports; People removed from Twenty are not automatically deleted from mailfino.
What happens when a form is submitted?
If exactly one email match is found, it is updated. If no match is found, a new person is created. Multiple matches are flagged for review. Only mapped and approved fields are written.
Which events appear as Notes?
Successful and failed deliveries, unsubscribes and complaints are supported. A stable marker prevents duplicate Notes when an event is repeated.
What is needed for the connection?
You need the reachable URL of your Twenty instance, an API key and a role with the permissions required for importing, forms and Notes.
Are Twenty webhooks used?
No. The integration does not currently receive Twenty webhooks. Changes are imported through an import or repeat import.
